Meet Freeway, Yorkie cross from Silverdale. Freeway has been having his regular grooming session since 2007 and really enjoys the whole process. Mr Johnstone says " Freeway always smells fantastic after his bath and looks great. He goes in all scruffy and comes out perfectly manicured."

Here's Ben The Labrador, having his regular deshedding treatment with proud owner Mrs Davis from Kidsgrove. Mrs Davis always accompanies Ben into the van to keep him company, and can't believe how much the deshedding helps Ben's health. Mrs Davis says " I notice that Ben doesn't scratch as much now he has regular baths, his fur always feels so soft now and I'm certainly not getting as much of his moulting fur in my house to clean up."

Meet Tara The - Staffordshire Bull Terrier, with her owner Mrs Brayford, from Trent Vale, our Christmas dog of the month for 2011. Tara has been pampered by us since 2006 and she was one of the first dogs in the area to use the Dial a Dog Wash service. Tara enjoys her bath and is always very excited when our groomer Jamie arrives to meet her, but becomes totally chilled and relaxed once inside the van, she really enjoys the attention. Mrs Brayford says " Tara is my baby, and she always smells so nice after her bath. I have her bathed every 5 weeks and her fur always feels so soft. I can remember the first time you came when you first started up, the service is just as brilliant now as it was when you first started, and Tara loves Jamie!"

Heres Posh - the beautiful Sharpei, with her owner Mr Ainsworth from Alsagers Bank. Posh by name and Posh by nature is the only way to describe this cute little lady. Posh really lives up to her name because she is such a lady, very calm and collected, but certainly not a snob and we mean that in the nicest possible way. We all adore Posh very much here at DADW and Posh loves her baths with us. Mr Ainsworth says " Posh enjoys the attention and we have Posh bathed and pampered every 4 weeks, its so convenient for us and for Posh."

Meet Sheeba the German Shepherd from Knutton, seen above with her owner Alan Roberts and grandson Ashton. Sheeba is a very long serving customer of ours and she really loves her bath, we always get lots of her dead and moulting fur from her with our furminator treatment - she always looks and feels better after her pampering. Alans wife, Susan says that Sheeba is lovely around her grandchildren, and we can also tell you that she is also great around our groomer. Susan also says " The service is very good - its absolutely brilliant, very convenient and Sheeba always looks and smells lovely afterwards.

Here comes Bruno, The Cocker Spaniel owned by Mrs Austin from Weston Coyney - worthy dog of the month for August. Bruno is a barker - he barks all the way to the van when our groomer gets him, then he barks all the way back to his house when he has been clipped, pampered and bathed! He really loves his bath and is becoming quite a character in the van. Mrs Austin says that her daughters are very excited about seeing Bruno has dog of the month and also that he is very protective of them, even though he is a very gentle soul, he takes his job as protector of the family very, very seriously - "well done Bruno" we all say at Dial a Dog Wash! Mrs Austin adds " The Dial a Dog Wash service is very convenient and all the groomers are pleasant, polite and efficient."

Here is Westie Frankie with his fantastic owner Caroline and daughter Layla from Crossheath. Frankie is a happy soul and is always wagging his tail and is an absolute darling to look after. Frankie took advantage of being micro-chipped at the same time of having his pampering, so he is now protected against going missing. Caroline says " it was great for Frankie, he took everything in his stride and he was fine after being micro-chipped too, he was completely at ease, I would highly recommend the service."

Here we see Mastiff Neo with his proud owner Mr Williams of Rode Heath, Neo is the typical gentle giant associated with the breed and our groomers love this adorable boy. He always stands so nicely for his bath and loves having behind his ears tickled by our groomer Tasha and relishes being made a fuss of. Sometimes Mr Williams accompanies Neo into the van to watch the experience and always ends up getting a bath himself. " The groomers are very pleasant and always do an excellent job" says Mr Williams " Neo always has so much fun with your girls, and even though Neo comes out dry and smelling nice from the van, your groomers always come out wet, its great to watch!"

In our continuation to introduce our groomers, This is our fantastic groomer Dee, from Meir Park, with her wonderful 3 pet pooches Holly, Poppy and Oscar. Dee affectionately calls them a pain in the b-m, but in reality adores her trio of delightful dogs. Dee's background has been involved in working at a dog rescue centre, so it makes sense that all three have been rescued by Dee. Oscar the black fellow on the end is really protective of Dee and won't allow many folks near to him, probably down to his mistreatment before being rescued. As you can see here all three are happy to be groomed and bathed by Dee.

Here's handsome little fellow Gismo the Shihtsu, with his fantastic owner Mrs Bradbury from Blurton. Isn't he beautiful, Gismo has recently become the proud father of six gorgeous puppies, that will be little stars just like their Father. Gismo has been a customer since 2009 and he loves to be pampered, especially the bathing, he just loves the warm water from the Hydro bath. Our groomer Dee, really enjoys grooming Gismo and always loves to give him little cuddles throughout his session with her, and Dee says that Gismo has a lovely personality and that he really does enjoy his bath. As you can see from the picture of Mrs Bradbury with Gismo, you can see why Gismo is such a wonderful, happy little fellow, because he has such a fantastic owner. Mrs Bradbury has added " We have a large lawned area outside our home, where when its really wet the Dial A Dog Wash van can't get to, so I take Gismo around the corner to my sons home to have Gizzy washed and clipped through the winter months, it really is a great service."

Meet our first dog and owner of 2011, its Scrappy the Yorkshire Terrier with his owner, our groomer Tasha, both from Newcastle. Yes its a bit of a cheat, but we are going to add some of our groomers and their dogs to this section over 2011, simply because they have beautiful dogs with fantastic personalities too, that they wish to share with you all too. Tasha says that she adopted Scrappy from a previous customer of Dial A Dog Wash, after they could no longer cope with having him and says, "I had groomed Scrappy on a couple of occasions, and really loved looking after him as he has such a beautiful, warm personality and when the original owner said that she was looking for a new home for Scrappy, I just knew that I had to have him, he is an handful, but absolutely fantastic to have around, he is my little star." Scrappy is a star, and so is our groomer - Tasha, we are sure you will agree.

Well here we have two wonderful Border collies, with the beautiful Meg and Handsome Franklyn, with owners Pat and John Huscroft from Trent Vale (Meg is on the left, next to Pat), both of whom were rescued from the Border Collie Trust. Franklyn is actually owned by daughter Sandra, but always comes around to mum and dads house when Meg is booked in, so that they can have a bath and a trim at the same time. Franklyn is fondly referred to by Sandra as pure gold and he loves watching football on the TV, while Meg is very loving and extremely intelligent and very quick on the uptake. Our Groomer Tasha loves both of these dogs, and they were her first choice for this years Christmas Dogs of the month, and all of us here at Dial A Dog wash have to agree that they really are fantastic dogs. Pat says " Your groomer Tasha is very kind and caring with both Franklyn and Meg, and they both really love her too!"

Noahs Ark Pet Shop at 14A, Market Street, Kidsgrove, This was the location for our FREE dog Washing event in aid of The Douglas Macmillan Hospice in Blurton. This was a special day and the owners and the dogs were absolutely fantastic. We just had to make them all dogs and owners of the month, above is just a small selection of the folks who came along to this wonderful event - Thankyou so much to you all, you and your dogs are all stars !!!!

Meet the beautiul Maisie, striking Great Dane who spends most of her day at Halicon Express in Chesterton with business owner Mrs Corrie. Although Mrs Corrie does not like her photo published, Maisie is very happy to pose for our groomer. Everyone who meets Maisie can only be taken aback by her beautiful looks and loveable temprament, she really is a pleasure to look after. Mrs Corrie adds " Dial A Dog Wash is great for me, they come to our business premises and Maisie gets pampered while I go about my daily tasks"

Here's Chips the Labrador with his lovely owner Jane Reeves from Chesterton and what a fabulous boy he is too! Jane always accompanies Chips into the van to watch him have his groom and his bath. Jane says " He doesn't like getting in the van, but once he is in there, he loves it!" Tasha our groomer, loves looking after Chips and says that he is very bouncy and lively, but also very loving and adorable with it. Chips has such a lovely coat of fur and Jane puts it down to his regular baths and also his helpings of weekly fish and fresh vegetables, Jane also adds " I get dead fur all over my house with Chip's moulting, so its great that I can keep it to a minimum with his regular baths."

This is the lovely 13 year old Springer spanial, Jasper from Wolstanton with his fantastic owner Michelle Irvine. Jasper is a great customer and really enjoys his pampering once inside our van. He is so affectionate and he still behaves like a little puppy, and is personality is really infectious, in truth he is adorable. Our groomer Dee thinks that he is a real pleasure to have in the van and really enjoyed his laid back personality. Michelle says, " After his bath and cut this time, I have got him a brand new bed and cushions for him to lie on, because he always comes back in looking and smelling lovely, so I decided I wanted everything else looking and smelling the same"

Here you see Sookie, the Yorkie cross Cairn, with proud owner Mr Brereton, from Stoke on Trent. Sookie has been a customer of ours since early 2007 and never misses her groom and pampering session, she just absolutely loves it and continually talks to our groomer Dave all the way through her session. Yes you read right, she never stops talking, and when we finish the groom and get back to her house, she always lets everyone know how happy and clean that she is. Mr Brereton has added, " Sookie loves the service and loves the groomer Dave. She comes back in the house looking like a little star, and she smells so beautiful. "

Say "aahh" to Mookie the Shihtsu with his owner Serena Finney, both from Chesterton. What a fantastic character Mookie is, he really enjoys the pampering, especially his bath. Mookie has been groomed and bathed with Dial A Dog Wash since early 2007 and has become quite a little star. All our Groomers love grooming Mookie because he loves the session and he is the perfect client. Serena says " He looks lovely when he comes back in, he doesn't look like Mookie, he looks like a brand new dog "

This is Molly the Yorkshire Terrier with her proud owner Mr Booth from Stoke and isn't she a darling. Our groomer Tina says that, she just melts in her arms and is so delightful to groom. Every 6 weeks without fail Molly is given a trim and a warm hydro bath and she loves every second. Mr Booth has added " This is a wonderful service and Tina is fantastic with Molly, Molly is 9 now and we used to take her to a local parlour and she really didn't like going, but when Tina comes around, Molly races right up to her ready for her bath."

This is little Alfie the Westie, with his fabulous owner Mrs Rowley, both from Porthill near Newcastle. Alfie is the perfect model and loves his groom ever since we first went to him back in 2007. Tina our groomer thinks that he is a handsome little fellow with a big, big personality. There is quite a bit of information that Mrs Rowley would like everyone to know about Alfie, that has made us all giggle here at Dial A Dog Wash, like that he is mummies little boy and a big, big baby and that Mrs Rowley's 2 other dogs mother him because he is the baby of the family. Mrs Rowley has also added that, Alfie follows her everywhere , he is like her shadow and he really loves his home comforts with his own bed upstairs as well as his own bed downstairs. Mrs Rowley also says " he's very special to myself and my family, he really brings us so much joy and happiness. " Dial A Dog Wash are proud to be part of Alfies life and Mrs Rowley has added, " We have only ever used your service for Alfie, it is so convenient for us, he always comes back in looking lovely and runs around our house like a mad little puppy again after his bath and cut."

This is Alsatian crossbreed Megan, with her fantastic owner Mrs Lewis, both from Whitehill, near Kidsgrove. Our groomer Dave has been visiting Megan since 2007 to groom and pamper her. Dave says that Megan was a very shy, nervous little girl, with an absolutely adorable personality when he first went to groom her back in 2007, and although she still has that endearing touch of shyness with the adorable personality, all of her nerves have now completely disappeared during her groom and bath, to where she now really enjoys the pampering. Mrs Lewis says " Megan is quite shy and in general prefers men to groom her. She has built up a lovely bond with Dave and she always comes back in my home looking lovely and clean. " We have also noticed here, just how much Megan enjoys posing for the camera too, Mrs Lewis has added " Yes, Megan is like the dog version of Kate Moss in front of the camera. " but much better looking, we all think here at Dial A Dog Wash.

Its 2010 and here is Chester, The well, we don't know what breed he is, with me Diane of Dial A Dog Wash, and yes we are cheating this month, by including our wonderful pet Chester, with all the rest of our fantastic dogs of the month. Our groomer Natasha, has a lot of fun with Chester and they have become very close since Tasha starting washing and grooming him in 2007. Natasha says that Chester is one of the scruffiest dogs that she grooms and even after his bath that he still looks scruffy, its a bit of a joke in the Dial A Dog Wash headquarters. Natasha has also added that, myself and all of the other groomers love coming to work, because Chester is always there to greet us, wagging his tail, it really does make for a great start to our day. Diane says " Chester is my baby, he may be wild and scruffy looking but, he is such a character and everyone who meets him, fall in love with him instantly! " Diane has also added " It goes without saying, the service is great for Chester as he is 14 now and all the grooming and washing is done outside our office every 4 weeks by Tasha. He loves the pampering and he always smells fantastic afterwards! "

Please welcome as our December Dog of 2009, Spencer the Westie from Stoke on Trent, with his great owner Mr Millward and what an amazing little character he has turned out to be. He really didnt like the process of being groomed when our groomer first went to him and always moaned and barked all the way through the session and at first our groomer was not sure whether she would be able to groom him at all. BUT there is a BIG BUT here, the more our groomer has been visiting Spencer, the more used to the grooming Spencer has become, so it now turns out that Spencer enjoys the whole process and he has become quite a little character as he actually talks to our groomer while she is grooming him now, its definately not moaning and he even wags his tail in delight after his session. Our groomer has said that it is really quite rewarding for her, to watch the improvement in Spencer every time that she goes to him, and also that he really does talk to her, not that she can understand what he is saying, but its definately something nice in doggy terms. Mr Millward says " Spencer is a moaner, but we were so pleased that your groomer was able to groom him the first time, and we were even more pleased when she came back to groom him again! She always does such a nice job."

This is the fantastic Duncan and Mel from Knutton near Newcastle with their beautiful Cocker Spanials Peaches and Sofie, ( Sofie is the little lady in the bath, Peaches is in Dave's arms). These are two of the most striking, beautifully marked cocker spanials we have ever seen here at Dial A Dog Wash and are a pleasure to groom and Dave has said that they are two of the most well behaved, adorable dogs that he takes care of. Oh and I think we have forgot someone, oh yes - the truly adorable, the magnificent, yes its the wonderful Lucy - the St Bernard. We could write on and on, just how fantastic this trio truly are. Lucy the St Bernard is so adorable in the van with Dave, our groomer, Dave says that he gets that many kisses off Lucy when he is grooming her that he almost gets a bath himself. Dave and Lucy really do like each others company, and they have built up a really special relationship since Dave first groomed her as a 6 month old pup back in 2006. Dave has added that, Lucy really does love her pampering sessions and looks great afterwards and that she almost pulls him over when he takes her to the van , because she so looks forward to her groom and wants to get in as quickley as possible, also that she even jumps onto the grooming table all by herself - she really is a star! Mel says " Lucy loves Dave, she always comes back to us looking lovely and smelling beautiful - with a great big fluff ball as her tail, and Peaches and Sofie come back looking and smelling nice too! " Duncan has added " Lucy wont let me groom her like Dave does, she really is hard work, she just stands there for Dave, looking very content - he really is great with her. This is so convenient for us, most grooming parlours wont take on big dogs like Lucy, so to be able to have all 3 groomed at the same time, outside our house is brilliant! "

When you hear the saying, "its a dogs life", well it certainly is here in Stableford for our October Dogs and owners of the month. They are 6 of the best and they are Bassett Hound - Arnie, Westie - Charlie, German Shepherd - Tonka, SH Dachshund - Nails, Dachshund - Rivet and Yorkshire Terrier - Glue. Here they can be seen with Lynn , the owner of Glue and also the mother of Jackie Edwards, who owns 5 of these beautiful dogs. These fantastic dogs really do have the dogs life, with free run around Jackies home and gardens in a lovely setting. Tina our groomer says that she just leaves all the doors open and they all just wander in and out while she washes and grooms them one by one, she has also added that, they are a real pleasure to look after and groom and they are all so well behaved and they all really do enjoy their pampering. Lynn, owner of Glue has said " Its very convenient for us, we just leave Tina to it - they all get very dirty as you can imagine, but come out clean and tidy - smelling great"

Dog grooming in Whitmore

This is the lovely British Bulldog, Chloe with her lovely owner Mrs Chapman from Stoke on Trent. This is one lucky little lady who is a pleasure to pamper for her groomer Tina who has said, " I love coming here to groom Chloe, she is in fantastic condition and looked after superbly by her owners." Tina has also said that Chloe enjoys the whole process of being groomed, especially being towelled down after her bath. We all agree here at Dial a Dog Wash - this really is a top top little lady. Mrs Chapman has added " You only see the good side of Chloe, her favourite hobby is to munch on my slippers if I don't hide them, but apart from that she really is a little star. This is a great service, so convenient - we have been using your service since early 2007 every 4 - 6 weeks or so and Chloe loves it!"

Dog grooming in Baldwins Gate

These handsome Springer Spaniels are Rupert and Simba - with their brilliant owner Mrs Woodhead from Blurton. These pair of prime pooches are absolutely little angels to groom and pamper. Our Groomer adores them both. Our groomer picked these two wonderful dogs out to appear in a write up in the Evening Sentinel, so it seemed the most natural thing for us to make these lovely dogs and their owner Mrs Woodhead, tops for our month of August. Our groomer has added that Rupert is a darling to groom, that he stands so proud and still when she grooms him and that Simba is just a big softy. She has also said that she just loves to give them both a little cuddle aswell as their grooms because they are just so well behaved, and also that the Photographer from the Sentinel could not stop smiling while he was taking the pictures of them both for the feature. Mrs Woodhead has added " Great service, they always look and smell fantastic after their shampoo and cut - your groomer is brilliant with them, they would never stand so still for me."

This is our most laid back pet of the month ever in Ziggy, The Long haired Jack Russell with his great owner Mrs Clark from Bradwell. Ziggy is so cool, absolutely nothing phases him - a bit of a poser too as you can see from the pictures. He is that laid back that he almost falls asleep through the process of being pampered. Tina our groomer said that Ziggy is such a lovely little pet to groom with such a delightful personality and that she could take him home with her. Mrs Clark has also said " When we groom Ziggy in between your visits he just chills out then too and sometimes he will fall asleep aswell, it can be so funny watching his eyes start flickering as I am brushing him. He really does enjoy being groomed and pampered."

Dog grooming in Bradwell

Here's Benny, the Miniature Schnauser owned by Mrs Sue Allingham from Waterhayes. Benny is a fabulous looking Schnauser and he has a fantastic personality. He adores being groomed and our groomer really loves pampering him. Our groomer says that from the moment she takes him into the van, he is at total ease with her and he allows her to attend to him in a truly laid back manner, he really does enjoy his grooming session. We had to have Benny as our dog of the month because he is such a little darling and an absolute pleasure to groom. Mr Allingham has added, " Your groomer is great with both our dogs, not just Benny, she clips them well and we are very pleased with her. Our other Schnauser Barney is very nervous as he was a rescue dog and had not been treated well, but he doesn't mind being in the van with your groomers at all."

This is Jack, the Yorkshire Terrier, with his brilliant owner, Mrs Grocott - both from Stoke on Trent. Jack has been a regular customer of ours since 2007. Along with Mr and Mrs Grocott, Jack is probably the most recognised pup in the whole of Stoke on Trent - everyone knows Jack, he is sort of a mini celebrity to the area and everyone that does know him- absolutely adore him with his cheeky chappie nature, his gorgeous looks and beautiful temperament, including our groomer, who always looks forward to her visits to pamper and groom him. Our groomer says that, Jack is the most beautiful, adorable and most loving dog that anyone could wish to meet and also that she feels so lucky to be able to groom him on such a regular basis. We all agree here at Dial a Dog Wash that not only is he a cheekie chappie, but he is also one of our diamond doggies too! Mrs Grocott has also added " this is a great service, so convenient and yes everyone says the same about Jack - everyone loves him, he really looks forward to his grooming with your groomers."

This is Clueso The Beautiful Leonberger with his wonderful owner Mrs Bushnell, both from Stoke on Trent. Clueso is the perfect example of the gentle giant and as you can see here, he loves being pampered and bathed by our groomer Tasha. Clueso has been one of our customers since 2007, but hasn't been too well just lately, but as you can see from these pictures he is looking and feeling much better now. Clueso is one of the most gentle dogs we have the pleasure to groom here at Dial a Dog Wash and we always look forward to going out to him, and we are so pleased he is fit and well again. Mrs Bushnell has also added " I can't thank you enough for your service, Clueso always goes in the van quite happily and comes out looking and smelling great."

Say a BIG hello to Gismo the Pekingnese, with his brilliant owner, Mr Webber who both live in Chesterton. Our groomers love pampering Gismo who requires quite a bit of attention to detail to maintain his beautiful coat of fur. One of our groomers says that because of Mrs Webber's outstanding care of Gismo, with her regular daily grooming routine, she is able to keep Gismo's coat in a constant state of outstanding condition. Our groomer also says that, Mrs Webber is a great example of how to care for their beautiful long haired pet in-between our visits. A truly fantastic little fellow we think here at Dial a Dog Wash. Mrs Webber has added, " He knows your groomers, they like and trust each other. Your service is great, because we always ask for, and get the same groomer each time. Kellie take him into the van and brings him back with minimum inconvenience to us or Gismo, thankyou."

Dog grooming in Scholar Green

This is office guard dog, Labrador - Ruby, with her proud Owner Neil Erlam, both who live and work in Trentham. As you can see, Ruby is your typical vicious, scary guard dog and no one in their right mind would dare to tackle this fearless canine. She has phenomenal skills in the wagging of her tail( she can actually make her whole body shake when she wags her tail, very dangerous to any potential threat). Ruby has also been known to lick the stuffing out of any person, who dares to enter their office premises, without permision, has she is happy to demonstrate sitting next to her owner Neil, in the above picture on one of her toys. If you believe that, you will believe anything (the licking and the wagging are perfectly true, but nothing else), as Ruby happens to be the most delightful, adorable, cutest, cuddliest, lovable Labrador you could ever want to meet! We love pampering and grooming this wonderful dog and it always makes us giggle here at Dial a Dog Wash, of her official title by neil, of 'Office Guard Dog'. Neil has also added " Ruby really looks forward to her bath and looks and smells fantastic after her pampering. The service is great and it is very convenient for me to have Ruby bathed and groomed outside my office. Ruby the guard dog, yes your'e right - it is funny - she may not bite, but she can give anyone a good licking, anytime."

Here's Oscar the Cocker Spaniel, with his wonderful owner Mrs Toplass of Trent Vale, Stoke on Trent. Our groomer has been grooming Oscar since May 2007. Our groomer says that Oscar is the perfect gentleman in the doggy world to groom, he always stands so proud and enjoys the whole process of being pampered and made to look handsome, Our groomer has also said that, in her opinion, Oscar has show potential with the way he poses while he is being groomed, or maybe he is just a natural born poser. Anyway, we all think he is a beautiful Spaniel here at Dial a Dog Wash, whether posing or not. Mrs Toplass has also added, " I am always highly satisfied with your wonderful service and Oscar always comes back looking and smelling gorgeous. Your groomer is marvellous with Oscar and she is a lovely person too, I wouldn't let anyone else groom or pamper my Oscar now. "

This is our December Doggie, Molly the Border Collie with her proud and fantastic owner - Mrs Karen Kiely of Bradwell near Newcastle. Molly has been a customer of ours since mid 2006. Dave says that Molly is not only a beautiful looking dog, with an exceptional temperament who is perfectly looked after by the Kiely family and always scrubs up so beautifully well, but he has added that she is almost human - yes you have read right - almost human! She knows and understands every word that he says, and she totally understands the grooming process from start to finish. Dave has also added that she looks so human sometimes, like she is going to talk and have a conversation with him at any time, hanging on to every word he says, which is just so wonderful to experience as her Groomer, and that when he sings to her, while he is grooming her, he says that he is sure that she understands the words, and again if she could, that she would join in with him, A truly wonderful dog we think here at Dial a Dog Wash! Mr Kiely has added " excellent service - very friendly. Molly used to have to be dragged to the van by her lead the first couple of times, but now she walks with Dave straight into the van with no lead on, so we can see the progression and just how much at ease Molly is with Dave now."

This is Holly, the miniature Schnauser with her owner Mrs Cooper, both who are from Maybank. Holly has been a customer of ours since September 2006. Holly loves the pampering and is an absolute pleasure to groom. Holly is 3 years old, and really has been through the mill with various health problems in her short life so far. Mrs Cooper is a very thoughtful, caring owner, who has cared for Holly all through her ailments and is an inspiration to us all here at Dial a Dog Wash.Mrs Cooper has added; " Holly loves Dave, he is always on time, he always does a good job, and I am always chuffed with the clipping and grooming of Holly, like I say, Holly really loves Dave."

Dog grooming in Maybank

This is Jackie from Harpfields and we have been grooming and washing her two pet pooches, Shady(rottweiller) and Gucci(Dogue de Bordaux) for over two years now. Thanks to fantastic handling and ownership, Jackie is the perfect example of a caring and loving owner of two beautiful and wonderful large dogs with exceptional temperaments.

Jackie has also added, “ I have Shady and Gucci washed every 8 weeks and they really look forward to it. They come back to me smelling lovely and feeling so soft. I think the grooming is excellent, and the service from Dave and Tasha is exceptional, they are really caring and thoughtful towards Shady and Gucci, who get so excited when I tell them its bath time and they see the van coming up our street.”
